Iaido
Information about iaido in English.
Iaido is a traditional budo art teaching the art of handling the katana, the Japanese sword. Practice is almost exclusively done in single-person forms, called kata. More information: iaido on wikipedia.
We practice ZNKR and Muso Shinden Ryu in the Centre Dojo.
Beginners practice on Tuesdays 19:00 and Sundays 10:00.
The advanced group practice on Thursdays 19:00 and Sundays 10:00.
